The La Palma Blue Experience festival, organized by the Cabildo de La Palma through Sodepal, will turn the island into a national benchmark for music, culture, heritage, and sustainability linked to the marine environment and the blue economy.<\/p>\n\n
The island’s president, Sergio Rodr\u00edguez, emphasizes that, under the slogan \u201cYour best adventure,\u201d this first edition of La Palma Blue Experience revolves around the sea and the need to focus on natural resources and their conservation, protection, and use.<\/p>\n\n
The scheduled activities will continue on Friday, December 22, with the celebration of the Night of Dreams. It will be a time to enjoy lyrical music on the beach of Santa Cruz de La Palma with performances by tenor Giancarlos Santelli and mezzo-soprano Silvia Zorita. This musical event will begin at 9:00 p.m. <\/p>\n\n
The next event will be the Christmas Concert, featuring a performance by the Las Candelas Symphonic Band, an ensemble with more than 45 years of history, which will offer its classical repertoire as well as its own compositions at the Central Recinto in Santa Cruz de La Palma, next to the Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n. The concert will begin at 9:00 p.m. <\/p>\n\n
The La Palma Blue Experience program will continue on Sunday, December 27, with an evening dedicated to comedy. Also at the Recinto Central, starting at 8:00 p.m., the stage will welcome Kike P\u00e9rez, Saul Romero, and La Palma native Petite Lorena. <\/p>\n\n
On Thursday, December 28, it will be time for another new concert. In this case, at the Central Venue starting at 8:00 p.m., the music of Taburete and Revolver will entertain the audience. The former is a Madrid-based group that rose to fame a decade ago, with a wide musical repertoire based on different styles. Along the same lines, Revolver is a benchmark of Spanish pop-rock from recent decades, led by its alma mater Carlos Go\u00f1i. <\/p>\n\n
La Palma Blue Experience will conclude its program with the I Love Music festival, which will also be held at the Central Venue. It will take place on Friday, the 29th, starting at 5:00 p.m., with performances by Dream, J Beren, Conjurer, Live, and Juacko, bringing this first edition of the event linked to sustainability and the blue economy to a close. <\/p>\n\n

Sergio Rodr\u00edguez recalls that the rest of the social activities that complete the program were already held during the recent Constitution Day long weekend, with talks, exhibitions, and activities carried out with schools in the island’s capital, in which the Directorate General of Coasts of the Government of the Canary Islands, the Loro Parque Foundation, the CajaCanarias Foundation, and La Palma scientist Antonio Fern\u00e1ndez actively participated.<\/p>\n\n
